The information entered in the provisioning file is used to fill the authorization dialog boxes in the Software Authorization Wizard so you can save time when authorizing the license manager. Use the authorization numbers (EFL or EEA) provided by Customer Service and set the number of licenses you want to authorize. In the example below, 10 enterprise single use (EEA) licenses of all core ArcGIS Desktop products (ArcInfo, ArcEditor, and ArcView) are being authorized along with all the main extensions and a few other extensions. Open a text editor such as Notepad and enter the following information based on the features you need to authorize.
